How kEATchen Works as a Cloud Kitchen

Cloud kitchen, virtual kitchen, ghost kitchen, this term has been running around our lives since the COVID-19 pandemic made a lot of restaurants close down. In embracing the cloud kitchen concept, it will help them convert their business to a delivery concept and kEATchen is one of the cloud kitchen providers.

kEATchen was formed to provide our local street food operators with kitchen space, technology integration, and marketing support to convert their business online. kEATchen started our business by preserving authentic local street food because we believe that it is our responsibility to sustain their businesses for the future generation.

kEATchen offers our merchant’s menu on a variety of platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda, EASI, AirAsia, and many more. By doing this, our merchant can have bigger exposure by the market audience.

Our merchants just need to focus on preparing good food. This is because, firstly, kEATchen’s technology system will receive orders directly from customers. Then, after the order is prepared, our merchant will bring it to the pigeon box and delivery riders will take it. The technologies and ideas of the pigeon box are to make the operation process smooth, convenient, and to make sure contactless delivery is implemented.

As of now, kEATchen has seven merchants operating at kEATchen cloud kitchen. They are Warung Abang Man, Pratunam Chicky Rice, Tiga Budak Gemok, So Dim Sum, Kannaa’s Bamboo Masala Briyani, Pak Soon Curry Mee, and Uncle Jelly. We are currently working on expanding our merchant list.
